THis is a traditional "Changui" song from Cuba, the oldest style of Cuban "Son" originating in Guantanamo. This is a mix of an arrangement as it starts out as a Cnagui but then morphs into a straight-ahead, old-style Salsa. Manolo shines as the amazing "Sonero" he is, Gonzalo takes a killer solo and then we go into a "Vocal Mambo" emulating what a brass section might do at that point in the song. To end we "borrow" from Ray Barreto's immortal arrangement of this wonderful tune.
